Gary Gardner, CEO Gary took over as CEO of ISS/LeakSealers in 2022 after serving as our COO since its inception in 2020. He has over 30 years of experience as a leader in the industrial services and engineered solutions industries. Gary believes his greatest role is establishing the culture of the company and is dedicated to developing a culture centered around safety and collaboration. He believes the path to success is to focus on having the best people in key roles where they can best influence the business. He is focused on recruiting and bringing in the industry’s best talent who are passionate about what they do. Ultimately he believes a small group of passionate people can accomplish more than a huge group of people who are indifferent about their jobs. Heath Ballard, COOHeath Ballard joined ISS/LeakSealers in 2023 as COO. Heath has 15+ years of operations and sales experience within the oil and gas end markets, having held executive roles within a diverse cross-section of businesses, including specialty contractors, environmental / waste, rental, and distribution companies. Heath believes that long-term sustained growth is achieved by building the best team and then relentlessly focusing on the customer. He has a passion for technology and harnessing the power of data, to inform decision making and drive innovation, speed, and consistency of outcomes. Heath holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University and served as a commissioned officer in the U.S. Marine Corps for 6 years following graduation.

Colin Bickerstaff, Executive V.P. of Engineering and Execution
Colin is the lead technical expert at ISS/LeakSealers and oversees the engineering group as well as the Subject Matter Experts (SME’s). In this role, Colin is responsible for not only finding innovative engineered solutions for our customers but additionally ensuring ISS approaches every job with safety as THE most important factor. Colin’s technical knowledge and his varied background make him uniquely suited to this critical role in our company. Before ISS, Colin ran significant engineered solutions operations in multiple countries including Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the West Coast of the United States, and Texas. Brad Serres, Executive V.P. of Business DevelopmentBrad joined the company as Executive Vice President – Business Development in 2020 and has spent over 30 years starting and building businesses in the industrial services sector. Brad started his career in the Leak Detection and Repair field working with his partners to develop innovative approaches to improve the delivery of high-quality, technology-driven, and integrity-based services. These markets included US, Canada, Australia, the Middle East, and Caribbean-based operations. His current role is focused on business development strategy, geographic expansion, and customer relations. Working closely with our regional branches, he is focused on maintaining our growth objectives by collaborating with senior management to achieve our customer driven approach of best in class services.

Dustin joined ISS as Vice President of HSE in January 2022. Board certified in the USA and Canada (CSP & CRSP), and chartered in the UK (CMIOSH), Dustin is an experienced HSE executive with 15+ years of experience in HSE leadership roles across multiple industries, including oil & gas, petrochemical manufacturing, power generation, food & beverage, pulp & paper, and recycling. Chris joined ISS in 2022 and has over 25 years of success in the industrial and mechanical services industries. Shane Williams, Gulf Coast Regional V.P.Shane is the Regional Vice President of our Gulf Coast region. He has been with ISS since 2019 and has been in the industrial services industry for over 25 years. Shane began his career as a field technician with a focus on Leak Sealing, Composite Repair, and Hot Tap/Line Stop services. His career growth has led him through roles of Field Supervisor, Operations Manager, Account Manager, Branch Manager, and Vice President giving him a well-versed background to lead our Gulf Coast region.

Steven Smith, North East & Midwest Regional V.P.Steven is the Regional Vice President of the ISS North East and Midwest Regions. He has been a part of the ISS/Leak Sealing team since the company's inception in 2020. Steven has over 44 years in industrial services and has gone to school for Business and Leak Sealing certifications. He started his extensive career as a field technician performing Leak Sealing and Hot Taps acquiring valuable hands-on techniques. He would continue to grow his career running Field Crews until he was promoted to Branch Manager in 1986. Steven would go on to be a Regional Manager, Regional V.P., and take on Operations Management roles as early as 2008.

Dustin Henson, Southeast Regional V.P.Dustin is the Regional Vice President of our Southeast region at ISS/Leak Sealers. He joined our team in June of 2022 and has spent over eighteen years managing industrial services, operations, and administrative roles.
